Ingredients :
6 slices bread (I used whole wheat cinnamon raisin swirl)
¼ cup of milk
1 egg
½ tsp cinnamon
Topping :
Fresh fruits
Maple syrup
2. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a non stick pan over medium heat. Dip bread in mixture and pan fried it on both side until golden brown.
3. Serve warm with some syrup and fresh fruits
