I'm into smoothies lately but there is one catch, I don't have a blender. Seriously, can you believe it? I need one badly. But for now I use my immersion blender for smoothies, which works but isn't ideal.
Smoothies are healthy and satisfying. I love how you can add spinach or kale without affecting the taste or color, just upping the ante on nutrition.
