I am so excited to share the “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” themed bridal shower brunch I hosted for my sister recently. I have so many photos and details that I am breaking the feature into two parts.

I loved everything about the theme; brainstorming and executing the details seemed effortless and I was really happy with how everything turned out. The theme was actually my sister Katie's (the bride-to-be) idea and was inspired by this gorgeous Tiffany-themed wedding designed by Martha Stewart.
The color scheme included Tiffany blue and soft pinks. The overall look I was going for was feminine, classic elegance with a faint touch of whimsy.
Everyone at the party received a Tiffany blue favor box. Inside were salted caramel and chocolate macarons. My sister received a special box with pink ribbon that had a silver and Tiffany blue ring from Oh, Hello, Friend. This was for her to wear during the shower as well as her "something blue" on her wedding day.
I made all of the paper products using a free download/printable invite designed by Erin Vale of Vale Design and available on Nonpareil mag. Wedding, design and party blogs are great resources for free downloadable/printable stationery.
I borrowed china from my sister-in-law that was perfect for this party. The tablecloth was made from fabric I found at a JoAnn Fabrics.
I made a carnation ball to display as a centerpiece. It sat on top of a pale pink and clear cake platter. I will post a step-by-step tutorial on how to make a carnation ball on Wednesday, it was so easy (this was my first time making one) and made for a stunning centerpiece.
The shower was held in my backyard under a white tent. We (and by we I mean my husband and his friend) set up the tent and hung a crystal chandelier above the table.
The gorgeous pink peonies were from the farmer's market.
One of my favorite details of the party was the champagne infusion table. I used clear wine bottles for the infusions including orange juice for mimosas and peach juice for bellinis. We also had raspberries and fresh peaches to garnish the drinks. For a non-alcoholic choice we had sparkling pink lemonade and lemon water. Each bottle was adorned with a label tied with pink ribbon.
A pink sparkling lemonade and a (mostly drank) bellini. The bellini was mine...a hostess has to pause for a cocktail every once in a while!
