Are you ready for some major cuteness??? This adorable, sweet party was thrown for little Anna Claire's 1st birthday. Her mother, Pam chose the theme "pink lemonade" because that was what she craved through her entire pregnancy. She chose a lovely color palette of pink and yellow and carried it throughout the party.
What is so great about this party (well, yes...cute Anna Claire!) but also the fact that every single detail was DIY by Pam and the whole party was done on a budget.
The photos of Anna Claire were taken for the invites that Pam created for the party. How many times can I say cute in one post?????
These invites are perfect! Pam took the photo herself, designed and printed them. She estimated they cost about .40 cents each, wow!
How amazing is this cake? I absolutely adore it. It was completely homemade, Pam took a cake decorating class the month before the party and even made the lemon toppers out of fondant (with the help from her sister).
The little scalloped garland was made from 4 sheets of scrapbook paper from Hobby Lobby (they were about .35 cents each)
A fabulous drink station.
Here's my favorite detail...a handmade mini lemonade stand. Can you stand the cuteness???!!!!
Pam used a crate from Michaels ($5.99 after she used a 40% coupon) and some wood from Home Depot (about $4). The pink paint is from Sherwin Williams in a "sample" size for $4.80 and cups from the dollar store (4 tiny little plastic cups for $1). Some of other details were items she already had.
Amazing, huh???
Thanks so much to Pam for sharing this darling party! Amazing job!!!
